Poached Monkfish
Poached in a tarragon fumèt then deglazed in sherry wine and herbs. Served over pistachio and shiitake wild rice. Topped with a shaved fennel and olive zesty salad. $28

Short Ribs
Slow braised short ribs served over rutabaga
purée and covered with a rich roasted porcini ragout. $28

Pork Belly Tortellini
House made Tortellini stuffed with Slow roasted pork belly and
herbs with a spicy maple glaze. Topped with Parmesan crisps and sprinkled with pancetta lardons. $24
