Steelhead Trout
Baked, Asiago crusted, and topped with citrus herb butter. Served with roasted creamer potato in a tomato burst sauce and a vegetable. $28

Spinalis Steak
Ribeye spinalis steak, seasoned and based with a mandarin chili orange butter. Seared in a cast iron skillet. Served with a medley of quartered mushrooms, onions, scallions, Brussel sprouts, and swiss scallop potatoes. $28
